Hi,

I am new here.

My journey began on January 1st, 2011. I am a mother of 4. I have a 6 and 2 year old, and then 9 month old twins. At my start point, I weighed about 190lbs. I started to run at that time, and committed to running a 10k race in May. I met that goal, and lost 33 lbs to be 157 on race day. Since then, I started to take a turn in the other direction with my eating, feeling like I deserved some celebration eating, but have continued to exercise. Anyways, I am up to 168lbs again! I am tired of the constant yo-yo. I have never broken 150lbs and I want to and NEED to do that. So, I have committed to running a mountain 10k in September, and a marathon by next May as well as losing 38 lbs by January.
