10 Pound July Challenge

I really need some extra motivation during this hot month to get my workouts in and stay on track with my calories. I am trying to lose 10 lbs by July 31st. Any workout tips or food ideas would be helpful and appreciated, Thanks

i'm exactly the same! just need to get out of the house and do stuff! you could try downloading audiobooks and just going for really long walks - the time flies by and the pounds will melt off. try avoiding starchy/white foods and eat lots of lean meat (not too much red meat) and loads of fruit and veg. keep the water up too as this time of the year we all get a little bit dehydrated due to the heat and not drinking enough water0
