Starting Over Again & Sticking To It!

I've tried to go on a diet for a long time but always end up not sticking to it. Well i am going to stick to it starting today. I am 5'4 and weigh 220lbs. My highest weight ever. I want to get down to like 140lbs. Its gonna be hard to stick to it , especially at first. But i'm gonna do it.

You sure need to get the momentum, but at some point it'll develop into a new lifestyle and you'll get to like it, actually. Especially when you'll see the figures on the scale changing.
There're so many successful people in here that it's a tremendous encouragement. People who give in that they wouldn't have thought that they could do it.
