Setting myself a little challenge.......

I have a real weakness for a nice big glass of wine at the end of the day......last night a glass turned into almost finishing the bottle ooooops :blushing: and consequently today I feel like crap. Soooo my little challenge is I will go the rest of the week without my nightly glass of grapes as I'm starting to worry it's becoming a bit of a dependent habit that I want to break now and I will save my glass of vino for the weekends only :happy:

Anyone else in a similar predicament who would care to join me or just offer their support? I will post in this thread each day to try and keep myself motivated and use my wine calories for a non alcoholic treat instead lol......sick of wasting calories on something so empty that just makes me feel dehydrated and sluggish the next day.
