After joining the gym.. thinking I have less to go than I actually do, and then finding out that I am currently the heaviest I have been!! This gave me the massive kick start that I needed, and I am aiming for 2 stone by November! If i loose more then fab!! but this is my aim! ok.. im not what the media calls "a beached whale" (size 16 plus) but being fairly small, being nearly 13 stone is quite a shock to see!

Hi and welcome
This is a great site for help, support and encouragement, I am sure you will love it as much as I do, although it does become addictive which is good I suppose
Remember to log everything and the key is to exercise more and eat less whilst keeping a healthy balanced diet.
