Hi everybody!

On August 18th 2010 I gave birth to my cutie pie third child. By the december i'd lost 3 stone through one of the main slimming programs. Well I quit having got to goal and thought I could go it alone but some of the weight has crept back on and i'm looking to lose it and get down to 10st as my first goal. I'm probably around 11-11.7 at the mo. I go away in 5 weeks and want to lose as much poss by then and tone up using The brazil butt lift dvd, the abs diet workout dvd and a dance dvd that I havent chosen yet.

Im looking to include as many thermogenic foods as possible. Has anyone tried thermogenic foods?
