Hi everyone,
I've created an exercise for my diary, but I don't know how to add it to my exercise diary. Does anyone know how to do this?

You search for the exercise, and when it doesn't come up, you're given the option to add your own exercise. You'll need to know the calories burned though - I assume you're using a heart rate monitor?
Oh, just seen that you've already created a new exercise - you should find it in the database now and be able to add it to your diary in the usual way.0
