Dear all,

I stumbled across this app on my phone and i am finding it so simple to use, its great.

I've got a total of 13 pounds to lose and finding it really difficult. Since this time last year i have lost 16 pond and only have 13 to go but I seem to have got to a weight and my body has decided it won't allow me to lose any more. I have started to go for long walks in the evening to try and shift the last few pounds i need to lose.

    It's frustrating when you are trying to lose those final few pounds and I'm sure it won't happen overnight. The idea of doing some extra walking of an evening is a really good one. Try to get your heartrate elevated by really walking briskly for at least a few spurts on your walks.
