I've been doing Leslie's WAH and I'm at the 4 mile super challenge. I love her dvds and that I can tweak the intensity as I need to so I get a good workout. I would like something to add to it to mix it up though. I have zumba dvds and I'm still at beginning learning the baics and I supplement with a mile toning walk to get a good workout til I get the hang of zumba. I would love to be able to do the 30 day shred but due to accident injuries I can't put pressure directly on my knee nor can I get on the floor at this time due to back injuries (I do modified crunches and push ups standing). Does anyone have any recommendations???? Thanks!
