Hello! I'm new and looking fro a boost to my weight loss jou

Hi,

I have recently been on slimming world and lost 2st 2lbs - looking to lose a further 28lbs and in need of a boost as my weight loss has slowed down! So i've set up an account on here to help me with the second part of my journey! Any hints, advice or tips would be much appreciated!

    Welcome and Happy 4th of July,
    I joined 2 1/2 weeks ago and I have lost 9 lbs. Writing in my journal and sticking to my plans has really helped me. It's not easy for me to lose weight . It's more difficult for me to exercise because of a foot/leg problem. My leg is in a orthopedic boot for a while. The journal has really opened my eyes. I feel guilty if I don;t reach my goal.The support from the MFP friends is most encouraging. You've done a great job so far. Just keep on keeping on. Keep your eye on your goal.
    I love the MFP program.
