Hello MFP community!

I joined last year but after completing the 30 Day Shred, I started taking group fitness classes at my local gym and stopped checking in. Since so much time has lapsed, I had to set up a new account. I'm happy to be back! I've lost 14 lbs and began P90x lean today. I believe that this forum will help keep me accountable and be a source of encouragement for those days when I need an extra push. I'm excited about the journey and look forward to living a consistently healthy lifestyle with all of you.

    good luck on your journey! I agree, consistency is the key. small changes every day....each decision we make, makes a difference.

    I love Jillian. Some people think that she is too pushy but to me she was just what the doctor ordered. Everybody needs a little push sometimes. I wish you all the best as you continue to "get shreded."
