Went to my usual grocery store today, and one of the gals, who I see every time I'm there, helped me get my diabetes test strips said, "You've lost a lot of weight.... A lot of weight"! Just goes to show that 20 lbs. IS seen by others, even though I can't see so much difference. Gives me the incentive to loose another 20 lbs.!!! :bigsmile:
