So, I haven't gone over my calories in the last 4 weeks--tonight I decided I needed something decadant to make it worth while. I was just craving something not-so-healthy. I got this recipe from

You just gotta check out the pictures! I imagine you could substitute fat-free cream cheese, sugar-free maple syrup, and use Splenda brown sugar. But I used full-fat cream cheese. Yup, and enjoyed every bite! I dipped honey wheat pretzel sticks in it.
Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Spread
4 oz softened cream cheese
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. pure maple sugar
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 teas. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teas. cinnamon
1/4 teas. vanilla
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and syrup together until creamy.
Stir in the spices and vanilla.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

Oh my... Dang, that's a good enough reason for me to get into calorie compliance for the next month!0
