So this week I'm doing 61 hours as a receptionist.... 13 hours a day on my butt at my desk. Im just looking for any advice of what I can do to try to squeeze in exercise and a healthy diet. I get bored sitting at a desk and thats when my snack attacks happen, i try not to pack snacks because out of sight out of mind works for me.

i'm also wondering if I stay at my 1200 calorie goal if that will be enough if i dont get a chance to squeeze in any exercise.. ill try my best for some exercise but after 13 hours i might not have the motivation.

im also eating all 3 meals a day here, so any ideas on good filling meals would be awesome !

What about breaks and lunch? Is there some where you can walk during those times? Maybe walk up and down stairs, or walk around the building or even go outside and lap the parking lot

You could focus this week on strength, take some weights (if you can) and just do some reps whenever the work load calms down?

I cant take lunches because im the only one on staff... theres access at a gym where i work so i think even if i can last 15 minutes after work on a treadmill and get some strength in it will be better than nothing! hopefully ... and just focus on 1200 calories.

Maybe during lunch time, take a walk. And do butt squeezes while sitting on your chair :-) You can always bring snacks to eat, just keep them healthy!
