I don't know either.....but sounds really fun! I haven't jumped on the trampoline for quite some time. I think I'll grab my daughter and go jump!!!

Thanks for all the replies. I did look for trampoline but it didn't come up? I added as aerobic general & a lovely lady inboxed me a chart which went by My weight & how long I 'jumped' a bit like the skipping one. It was almost the same as what I had put in

I had a great time bouncing & ended up being joined by all 3 of my kids & the dog!!!:bigsmile:

Just thought it's something I could do even if I had a spare 10 mins or so
