Forum name is IroncladBRX, I'll be looking for help in the community. So far I'm down 6lbs thanks to this site and already my clothes are fitting a bit looser around the waist line.
I'm doing the 13-week run/walk program every other day and some calesthenics and light weight training on the days I'm not running.
