Hey Everyone, I'm new to MFP. I found this when I was looking on my phone for app's on calorie counters. I've been on it a week and so far so good. It makes me think of what I'm eating and makes me countable for it also. If anyone has any help or information about MFP that would be great.

I'm fairly new too, I have found that having friends/family using mfp really helps with motivation. Also get yourself a ticker, you can personalize it with your own picture then you can watch as your wright drops week by week. If you frequent any other forums you can use your ticker as a Sig on most of those too!0

I like to track the times I eat in the notes section of the tracker. I find that it helps, somewhat.
