Motivation!!

I need a motivation/support person or group. I am wanting to lose 30 pounds by the end of Oct. But need to know what I can do. I am a full time mother while working a full time job (8-5) M-F.

    Well, then you've come to the right place! Read the blogs, the message boards and you'll find lots of tips and advice. Of course, add friends! Read others successes is really motivating :o)

    Hey there!!!

    30 pounds by the end of October is very do-able. If you start now and keep at it you can be losing about 2 lbs a week and be 30 lbs lighter by end of October!!!

    don't settle.... keep pushing... and put yourself first. you may have to get up early or stay up late to get your workouts in... you may have to say no to eating some things... but your health and well being is 100% worth it.

    move more and eat in moderation... it's for life! you can do this!
