BPA and Dioxin leaks into your WATER BOTTLES...YIKES!

Anyone else starting to worry about BPA, dioxin, and other chemicals leaking out into the water in bottles? They say it typcially happens when the bottles are left in the heat, say in the car, for instance. I'm starting to worry due to the hotter summer days.

I also reuse the large gallon sized spring water bottles to re-fill with water from the machines at the store.

Hmmmm....

Care to discuss the concerns?

I use a stainless steel 40oz water bottle, so I don't have to worry about whether I'm being poisoned or not. :)

I always change my gymwater bottle every 3-4 months. Other bottles of water that I refill I keep barely a week

Honestly, there's so many things to worry about these days that all the worrying is probably the greatest risk to my health.

Quit watching so much TV! You'll be happier, I promise.

So that's why my water tastes funny after I leave it in a hot car a few days...

The American Medical Association is supporting the ban on BPA continaing bottles for babies and infants.

    Article is here:

So...if it's bad for babies, adults are also at risk considering the numerous water bottles we go through.
