Meal Replacement

So I know this has been asked a million times but I can't find the 100% answer I am looking for. I am trying to lose my last 10-15 pounds and nothing has been working. I eat clean food and am usually around my calories that ranges from 1300-1600. I also do workout but I have been absolutely stuck since April. Ive tried eliminating breads and all that other bad stuff and nothing... I am looking for a meal replacement or shake for breakfast that could maybe help get my weight moving again... any suggestions?

I really like Jillian Michael's Whey Protein Powder (Triple Chocolate Shake), Mixed with Silk Pure Almond Milk (Any flavor. I'm currently using the Dark Chocolate) And then I throw in some frozen berries or a banana, etc. Blend it up and it tastes REALLY good!! Great source of protein, etc. Love it!0

I found that slim fast was too thick and actually made me sick to my stomach. I love Boost nutritional drink. It's usually used for ill patient populations, but it has everything one needs for a meal supplement and it tastes really great. I get the one with extra protein since I work out and usually pair it with some fruit or pretzels for a little heartiness to the meal. The extra protein also keeps you fuller for longer.0

I use the powder Total Lean shakes from GNC. They fill me up and have helped me start losing weight again after hitting a block. I like them cause I have a hard time eating breakfast.0

Orgain has a chocolate fudge flavor. Lots of good stuff in there and it is delicious.0

It's not a powder or anything, but Alton Brown's Buff Smoothie makes a great breakfast and keeps me going until lunchtime:

I eat 1 granola bar before I workout in the morning. Then afterwards I drink a Protein Shake by Jillian Michaels the Vanilla with water.. I love it. Just has alittle to much sugar in it so I have to watch my sugar intake during the day.. I always go over my sugar regardless if I use hers or not. It seems to help build up my muscles and very happy with it. Hope that helps.0

Depending on how often you work out, and how hard, you may need to go as high as 2000 calories. My girlfriend did Turbo Fire a few months ago and was right around the 1800-2000 range. She got great results despite eating that many. You have to fee that machine!!!!0
