What are good sources of essential fats?

Day one of MFP and ive noticed alarmingly that my EFA's are rock bottom! I always try and chow down on some unsalted cashews/walnuts etc, but nuts aside what are some other good sources of EFA's i can eat through a day? I know salmon and oily fish are good but i cant see me eating this on a daily basis, probably every other? Can anyone recommend some good sources i can throw into my daily routine???
