How do you do? 
This seems to be a tool that I can use without getting overwhelmed and unmotivated. I am really happy so far, I've been following my recommended calorie intake for a week now and am down 6 lbs! I realize that some of that has to be water weight, but I'll take it. It's a regime I can practice every day without looking at my watch, thinking "is it over yet so I can go back to eating like a normal person"? Cause I already am. And it's shocking to me how little an adjustment I had to make to make this work. You are speaking to a 48 year old with a lifelong weight problem, too.
