Hello all,
Pretty much my first post but i have a diet which some of my local rugby players use to strip the extra weight gained whilst bulking up in the gym. Like them i train at the gym 4 times a week mainly bulking.
For example
Bench 80kg
- 3 sets of 6 reps etc
Anyway back to what you all would like to know the diet and how much will you loose.
Day Breakfast Lunch Dinner
1 Once slice of dry toast and Grilled or plain tomato Fresh Fruit – any amount Two boiled eggs, salad and grapefruit
2 Grapefruit and one boiled egg Roast or Grilled Chicken and tomato Grilled Steak and salad
3 Grapefruit and one boiled egg Two boiled eggs and tomatoes Two Grilled lamb chops and salad
4 One slice of dry toast and two poached eggs Fresh Fruit – any amount Two boiled eggs and a salad, Grape fruit
5 One slice of dry toast and two poached eggs Two poached eggs and tomatoes Fresh or Tinned Fish and salad
6 One boiled egg and one glass of grape juice Fresh Fruit – any amount Grilled chicken, cabbage carrots, and juice
7 Two scrambled eggs and grilled or plain tomatoes Two poached eggs and spinach Grilled Steak and salad
Abstain from all food not included in diet
- Eat only what is shown
- No substitutes allowed
- No eating between meals
- No Alcoholic drinks, milk, butter, oils or fats allowed
Now i stuck to this without the use of substitution. But in the case you can't have any of these for medical reasons then try the closest thing you. I lost 10 pounds.
But a warning before you do attempt this diet, Do not do this for more than a week and you can only do it again in 6 weeks time.
Also no exercise can be performed whilst on this as it's near to a carb free diet.
This diet is more ideal for some one who trains at the gym constantly and is on a de-load week.
Please Read (Disclaimer) - I will not be held responsible if any one who attempts this diet becomes ill etc. Do it at own risk
Feedback would be much appreciated and Enjoy.

Not to be argumentative but how is "any amount" of fresh fruit and toast every morning "close to no carbs"?0

I thought the same thing...everyone knows pole dancing is great exercise XD0

I was also thinking this was a quick way to lose some pounds for a stripper who started to get a little belly. lol0

Well this is compared to a healthy diet consisting on pasta (complex carbs) etc.
A slice of bread that i had in the morning consisted of 18.2g of carbohydrates.
So with that and say a few apples, grapes and oranges etc there's not your recommended amount there.0 -
Dude, I LOVE eggs, but that is too many eggs even for me.0

That is hilarious!
Reminds of:
