30 Day Shred?

I've been doing the 30DS for a week now and sometimes twice a day, but I've only lost one pound. I was hoping for more, but I keep reminding myself that weight loss is a slow process. Has anyone had similuar experiences? Any advice?

    i dont burn many calories doing this, its to help you get lean and killer abs! do more cardio work for weight loss coupled with a nice diet plan :-)

    Careful of doing too much exercise! It can throw your body off especially if you aren't accounting for it in other ways.

    It always frustrated me that on the weeks I felt like I was being "perfect" and doing lots of exercise that I wouldn't lose like I felt that I worked... recently I added more calories of protein (scared to do it, but did) daily and I lost... quite a number too!

    Keep working, know that it will even out at a point, watch your calories to make sure you are keeping within a healthy range but still taking in enough to account to your body and give it some time for your body to know you are going to keep doing it! It'll come!!

    I didn't lose much weight with this but I got a lot smaller

    i lost 4 lbs after the first week on 30DS. although i done 30 mins extra cardio a couple of days. keep at it though as i've heard many on here say they didnt see much weight loss in the first 3 weeks but then it flew off in the last week.

    dont give up!!

    it's worth doing, the results are fantastic as far as the inches your going to lose, Im on the last week and i'm already dropped a size!!!! only 3 lbs so far but a whole size??? that's pretty awesome! i'm loving it, i just bought her ripped in 30 and i'm doing that next....by the way I also add 35 min of cardio too, but not everyday, but on most day! If you haven't measured, that the first thing you should do and take pics!!! Stick to you, the last week is the week that shows the most results!! I'm already seeing it and i'm sooo excited!
