Hey everyone,

I recently started eating only raw foods to regulate my digestion. It is working out like a magic! I am also losing a lot of weight because of it. I was wondering if anyone on here is a raw food eater and whether they have tips on how to balance the diet so that I am not lacking any nutrients I may not be getting.

I am taking a multivitamin but I am still curious if anyone has any suggestions of experiences on raw food that they would like to share or think are helpful in general.

I'm not a raw foodist but I've known a few and they swore by it. They are vegans (as am i). Sorry i have no advice but I'm sure there is lots of info online.
