I'm a meat eater and always will be. However right now I'm looking into buying organic, or hormone free. I don't know much about what to look for and what to stay away from. Does anyone have any information they could give me? I eat mostly chicken and turkey but I also don't mind red meat and fish every once in a while. Also, what can you get at a grocery store like Meijer... or even whole sale like Sam's Club? Thanks for the help everyone!

They have organic meats at Costco, so they probably have some at Sam's. They say organic right on the package0

We love our meat in this house, and I've recently been trying to switch all of our meat to safer, more humane products. And I was pleasantly surprised to find that grass-fed beef is a lot healthier for us. The Food, Inc movie website has a lot of great info to start with ( http://www.foodincmovie.com/index.php ) and then I've been using http://www.eatwellguide.org to find local farms, farmer's markets, and grocery stores that carry the good stuff. In certain areas, you have a lot of choices at your local grocery store, but not in my area I guess.0
