snack ideas for low-carb diet

Until recently, I was a carb junkie (rice lover and extreme fruit lover - yes, I can eat 10 servings of fruit/day). Recently, I started limiting my carbs. My carb sources are mainly from vegetables, fruits (limited qty) and FF diary (limited to 2 serv/day).
Although I am doing fine with my main meals, I am having a hard time with snacks. My snacks are usually either boiled egg, FF milk or greek yogurt. I don't want to consume nuts as these make me go over my fat limit for the day. Any suggestions/ideas are greatly appreciated.

Cottage cheese
Greek Yogurt
Deli meat
Are good choices. Also protein shakes if you use a low carb protein powder (I use Jay robb)0 -
May I ask what your "fat limit for the day" is? Nuts are an excellent low-carb snack. . . . You don't want to strictly limit both carbs *and* fat.0

I'm a big fan of light string cheese.0

Sugar Free Jello (the snack pack) - a wonderful low carb 5 calorie snack or dessert!
Celery and peanut butter0 -
Baby carrots and FF ranch dressing to dip
yum! I will also eat cherry tomatoes like they are grapes (kind of expensive if you have to constantly buy from the store).

Season some chicken breast, cook it healthy to your preference cut it into strips and place it in a food bag. Much on that instead of chips etc0

Dietary fat is your friend.
I'm not a low-carber, but I do make these crackers often and they're a hit with everybody:

I also like these, although I coarsely grind them first to ensure I get the flax-y goodness:

I also make my own jerky (google will yield you a zillion results, I use my dad's recipe) and it makes a fan-freakin-tastic snack.0 -
Thanks for the suggestiongs. Although, I try not to buy cheese (I love cheese but, it is my weakness :-( ). Nuts are a little expensive for my daily fat gm budget. I use 2 to 3 tsp of olive oil/day. But, I like the suggestion on cottage cheese, carrots w/FF ranch, Greek yog, low sodium deli meats. thanks for the links too.
my ratios for carb/prot/fat/sodium is 120/135/20/1600.0
