I weigh in every week. And not a day before. Always weigh in at the sametime. So I weigh in every wed. at 7am. I have never started with mesuring but alot of people do. I can just tell a difference in my clothes. Hope this helped. :flowerforyou:0

Once a week on the same day and same time is good.
Weighing everyday will drive you nuts.
I weigh in every friday morning when I wake up.....in my birthday suit:embarassed:0 -
I think this one is a personal preference mostly. I weigh myself in the morning, after I've been up for about 10-20 minutes, and only once a week. I find that if I do it every day I become obsessive about every little pound. Having PMDD makes my weight flucuate like crazy, so watching it daily can be disheartening sometimes.
Here in Florida it gets so hot, the water retention is insane. I get up in the AM and my wedding ring slides on like its buttered, by late afternoon my finger feels like its in a vice grip. Bleh...I hate hot weather.0 -
I weigh in every week....a good milestone is maybe you have a show that you watch once a week and you can weigh in after or before the show. At that time i always do a measure. Try to weigh in at the same time every day (preferably in the am before eating). Jumping on the scale too frequently may not give you the motivation you need...0

I weigh in every Wed morning! Now, sometimes I wake up feeling "lighter" and can't resist the scales, :noway: but I never record it until Wed morning.0

I weigh in every day after I work out. (I personally weigh less after working out although it's common to weigh more).
I only record my weight here every Friday. It's my official weigh in day.
I weigh daily as motivation. If I'm losing weight, then yay me, keep up the good work. If I am gaining weight, then I gotta get with the program and return to losing weight. Motivation for me, either way.0 -
I would love to say I only weigh in once a week, however I am obsessive about the scale and fight the temptaion every day to jump on it! I usually give in and weigh every other day, but only record once a week.

I weigh-in once a week.
The main reason for this is because weight fluctuates so much, and a once weekly weigh-in is more accurate.
Honestly though, if it wasn't for the fact that the scale I use is not in my house, but at my grandmother-in-law's, I would be so tempted to weigh-in every morning. I go to her house on sunday mornings and weigh myself on the way to church, then have breakfast at church (I treat myself to a donut! bad, I know  ), then it's back to her house for lunch.0
