I'm currently a black belt in Taekwondo and working for my second degree. Testing will be at the end of 2012. It was a great catalyst in my initial weight loss. Now it's helping with toning, endurance and flexibility.0

Hey there! Another Martial Arts lover here!
I am a blue belt with red stripe in Taekwondo...testing for red belt in September
It's my favorite sport and I am normally there 4x a week. I also have a 18 yr old who is a black belt and has started instructing in the last year..so so proud of him!
TKD has been the thing to get me in shape & get me motivated to work out otherwise as I want to be fit & strong.
Feel free to add me..:flowerforyou:0 -
Glad to have you in the group! I love TKD. It's beautiful to watch when people do it well. I'm also a fan of kicking - lots of kicking, especially head height and up. It makes me feel powerful0

I just started TKD a few weeks ago, and my 7 year old son started at the end of May. The classes kick my butt but it's a great workout!0

You can feel free to add me, I am 3rd Degree/Sandan Black Belt in a style of Japanese Ju-Jitsu. I have been studying for about 20 years, since I was 6 1/2.0

I would love to join! I am a blue belt in Chinese Kenpo and just recently started back up again in American Kenpo and just got my orange belt. I LOVE IT!! I want my black belt so bad, just as much as I need 70 more pounds to get off.0

Having a workout that you love is the way to go! If you enjoy it, then it isn't work.0
