Today's challenge is: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 200.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 30 min then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I will have a go, I already do 90 every evening in various forms after I have been jogging, so will try and repeat my routine at some other point through the day.

I did two sessions of 100 with a 1 hour break inbetween.

Finally, I had to break things up in sets of 50 (the last set was forty and 10) over the course of the day. Tell me what I am doing wrong. Crunches hurt my neck. I try to keep my chin to the sky, but my neck is still strained.0

Okay, finished all 200 in one sitting...I actually quite surprised myself! The first 100 was better than the last 100!
I might not be able to get out of bed tomorrow but dang it, I succeeded in the challenge!0 -
