I just made a Chocolate Pudding from a recipe I received - YUMMY
Raw Chocolate Pudding:
1 avocado
1 c. mango or banana - either fresh or frozen
3T agave syrup or maple syrup
3 dates (soak in warm water for ½ hour before using)
1T cocoa powder
I used the Magic Bullet blender which worked ok. Started with the avocado and mango and pureed a little bit. Then added the agave, dates and cocoa powder and kept purifying. Occasionally I stopped the machine and scraped the sides.
The recipe states to serve as is or with fresh berries. Both sound good to me!0 -
My favorite vegan blog is ohsheglows.com. I'm not a vegan, but I love her recipes!0

I absolutely love the vegan blog: http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/
It's mostly desserts and breakfast but she does have some other non dessert/breakfast recipes on there. I've tried out quite a few of her recipes and haven't found one I don't like yet!0 -
my favorite is a hummus wrap! get one of those tortilla wraps, hummus, mustard, kale, pickles, onions, tomatoes and peppers, put it all in there wrap it up and YUM YUM
i also love to do rice and beans! I was vegan for 5 years and ate this a lot.
put kidney beans in a pan, drain the liquid out ofcourse and rinse them.
throw in peppers, onions, mushrooms, whatever else you want.. then put in some store bought salsa all over that, let it simmer, make some brown rice. and eat it! YUM!!
also vegan pizza is great! pita bread, pasta sauce, veggies, broil. YUM0 -
Tofu tacos using Soyganics extra firm tofu and an Old El Paso taco kit. I saute a diced onion, red pepper and jalapeno with the tofu and I add a little taco sauce when I add the water and seasoning pouch. Top with avocado with juice on it, fresh tomatoes, shredded lettuce and more taco sauce ( I am an addict).0
