Alternating JM DVD's

Hi everyone I just had a quick question and was looking for some advice.
I've just completed JM 30 day shred and enjoyed it although still finding level 3 pretty tough. I just bought her 6 week 6 pack dvd and wondered if it would be benificial to combine them both. I work and have 2 kids so fitting in exercise can be pretty tough. I thought of the following and would be grateful for any advice / suggestions.
Monday - 6 wk 6 pack
Tuesday - 30DS level 3
Wednesday - 6 wk 6 pack (plus go to boxercise class)
Thursday - 30DS level 3
Friday - 6wk 6 pack
Saturday - 30 DS level 3 (plus body blitz class)
Many thanks for any comments.

Once you start to 30ds it would be good to continuously do it rather than miss out days. The 6 week 6 pack is also very hard so its best you get 30ds out of the way so you have less fat on your body because the 6 week 6 pack is very hard.0

If you already finished the shred, then yes, I think it sounds like an awesome idea to keep your body guessing! [:0

I've not done 6w6p, but I have done the shred and many of her other dvds. I alternate them, but instead of really planning it I just do which ever one I feel like on the day, sometimes I look forward to a good cardio workout to get me moving, other days that would kill me so I stick to toning. My advice would be just go with the flow.0
