Hi, I've posted once or twice already but I started mfp properly just over a week ago. I'm 5'7 and 208 pounds (I've lost two pounds already yay) I want to lose weight and change my life style. I'm only 19 so I think if I change now I will way better off in the long run.
When I was young I was thin, but I Put on a bit of weight when I hit 13 and I got chubby. Win I hit 16 I was slimmer but didn't seem o lose any so I assume I gained muscle? BUT then I met my boyfriend, and as you start going out and eaton junk and stuff I started to gain weight. I didn't realise how big I was untill it was to late. My boyfriend is trying to help which is sweet, but it's not always good to be called beautiful when you need a kick up the bum xD
I could say some of it is down to contraceptions but I know that if I had a healthy lifestyle it wouldn't of mattered anyone.
My exercise inspiriation is Zuzana Light, has anyone heard of her?
