Back at it again

I tried dieting a few months ago and was doing pretty good until I hit a wall in my weight loss. It was discouraging and I ended up packing back on almost all of what I had lost. However, in that time, I have found a few outdoor activities that I enjoy doing and I hope that the added exercise plus the diet will help me achieve my ultimate goal while also gaining some muscle back.
