skipping not in the database???

im looking for skipping in the fitness database and cannot find it?! is one of oldest forms of exercise!!

its one of best ways to shed pounds and do HIIT training.

Anyone help?

    unless of course one means simply skipping but not skipping rope.... then hmmmm not sure- but used to love that as a kid, maybe I will give it a try tonight- (the without the rope kind, if I included a rope I would surely trip! :-) )
