Goooood morning/evening all! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. For all the holiday folks I hope all your fingers are intact. So for most of this is our start of the week. A start again to a new week a new beginning so we need to set ourselves up for success. To do what needs to be done to be the best we can and to be healthy. To make at least one great decision everyday. The poem on here today I heard many years ago at a sales seminar and always love it. For me though I can still here that guy on stage screaming these words with the deepest passion ever. Yet they have stuck with me for this long because they mean so much and I want you to read these today all fired up and ready to go!!! Think of it as a pep talk from the coach at half time. LETS ROCK IT!!!! =0) Love ya all!

Of body and brain

If dogged and grim you besiege and beset it,

You'll get it.
