Hi, I've just joined this website. I am 64 kgs trying to get down to 60 kgs. This has been my goal for 10 years (I am down from 69 at the beginning the year) I am now 42.
I work out a lot and think I eat right but those last few kgs just won't shift so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
looking forward to discussing things on the boards!

Once you start tracking your calories, it will all make sense with regards to how much you should be eating - a real eye-opener for me and most people. Also, do cardio. I had avoided it my whole life until now and finally bit the bullet and started. I still do it now that I am on maintenace. It just seems to be a good idea to *stay* in shape. I chose to use an ellipticaal machine but there are hundreds of other ways to get cardio. All the best in your journey. :glasses:
