Calories + 30 Day Shred

Hello, I am new so I apologize if this has been asked elsewhere [in which case please direct me!] but I am just wondering if anyone knows how many calories the 30 Day Shred burns because I can't seem to find it in the exercise database. Thanks :)

    Thats ok I had the same problem. Log it under circuit training. I burn about 200-230 calories according to my hrm.

    I just logged it as circuit training until I bought a HRM to tell me how many calories I was actually burning.
