Zerona?

Hi MFP users!
I was wondering if any of you have had experience with Zerona or any other laser lipo program. I hear a lot of craze about it recently and wondering what you guys think. Not that I am at this point yet, but what do you do if you're at your goal weight, you workout, eat healthy, and generally take good care of yourself but have ONE trouble section that just won't budge? Can laser lipo be a possible solution?
Thanks in advance!

No it is not a solution, because after all the great job that everybody does doing all kinds of exercise and eating healthy, is gonna come that moment that (the budge) that is bothering you is gonna be vaporized and you gonna be proud of yourself as we all are with our accomplishments..............

I personally feel it's a waste of money. My sister-in-law did this right before our vacation. Yes, she lost some inches, but was it because of the Zerona or the healthy eating and exercise in conjunction with the Zerona (as this is what they tell you to do)???? It's expensive and I think people can do it naturally and save thousands of dollars and get better results.
It's unfortunate we can't spot burn fat, this is frustrating I know. I have a small lower ab pooch, but as I continue to do my exercises I see it getting flatter and flatter. It just takes time and a lot of patience. I feel so much more of an accomplishment knowing that I worked hard and that I did it, without medical intervention.
Anyway, that is my 2 cents. Keep working hard my friend!0 -
You're right Cat! I believe it is VERY expensive and I had a "too good to be true" feeling about it but thank you for confirming that!
Working hard will always pay off!0
