Morning!! I am starting the Jillian Michael's 6 week/ 6 pack...and I know she is beastly...LOL.. but I am excited at the same time with the results that she always bring..Has anyone done this workout before and if so...do you have pics of your results. I would love to see some posting of before and after from her results of this workout.. I have posted my stomach in my profile starting today and cant wait to update here the 6 weeks results..Have a GREAT DAY!

After I finish Ripped in 30, that is my next DVD of hers to buy. Can't wait!!

Love this DVD. I haven't done it for the full 6 weeks, have just done it a few times, but it is really good and innovative. I think I like it more than 30DS and Ripped in 30. I have trouble sticking to one DVD continously so I tend to mix it up between Jillian's DVDs (except I have done the Shred all the way through twice).

I've just finished the 30DS and am about to go into round two but will try complete 2 levels each day (I really need to step up the exercise!) I've managed to see some difference in my tum and I've lost 4lbs (there abouts)

I want to move on to another Dvd, would you recommend 6 week 6 pack or ripped in 30 or anything else? My main area I want to work on is my tummy - its flabby and its definitely where I carry my weight.
