This is an article explaining differences between sugars and how much you should have during the day. Very interesting & I know a lot of you wonder about how much sugar you're eating, what the right amounts are, etc.

    Interesting information. Thanks! Fyi, the article states that women should aim for no more than 6 teaspoons of sugar per day and men should try for no more than 9 teaspoons of sugar per day.
