I want to join your group. I am new at this--so I really don't know if I understand how to post weekly weight. I will plan to post my weight next Wednesday and do so weekly.
I get frustrated easily. A mirror view sometimes makes me 'sick' and I really get down and feel frustrated, useless, unworthy. I have a low activity level. Joined a gym and have been once. I was very self-conscious and got frustrated (even before I exercised). My goal is to go 3 days a week as a minimum. I may just walk at first and add routine/exercises as I go.
I am interested in seeing the progress of others. I'll cheer you on. I hope to learn to believe in "me" also.
Oops! Forgot to say--I weigh 259 and need to be 130 lbs. at 5'5".0 -
