I just did a quick pass and have noticed that you are not eating enough on most days. You should aim for 1200 Net, if 1200 is your goal. The days you burn 300 calories and only eat 1200, is like eating 900 and not exercise, which is not enough fuel. Try to get as close to the MFP total as possible (100 over or under is fine)
You are doing great on the veggie intake, much better than 99% of the diaries that I have seen.0 -
The only thing I don't see is fruit. Are you allowed to have more diary products?0

I agree with what Erick said. A day here and there below 1200 net isn't a big deal. But it should be reasonably close on average.
Also, I'd bulk up breakfast a bit.
In general? Good job.0 -

im a really fussy eater (literaly never met someone like me, my chef boyfriend hates it) and the only fruit i enjoy is green apples. :blushing: i will try and eat more of them
i shal also try and eat as much veg as i can

Some of my friends say I eat too many veggies. Ha. Definitely better than snacking on chips and candy. Vegetables cannot hurt you...unless someone throws one at you. Haha.0 -
My problem is that I don't know how to calculate the calories. That is why I feel discouraged participating in the programme.0

Do you mean how to calculate what you're eating or what you're burning for exercise?
FYI, as you may not be familiar with message boards - you'll probably get more help/responses if you start your own post and not add to someone elses question - other people will see the first two or three responses pretty much answer the question and may not see your post...0
