Hi, My name is Rach.
I just joined the site a few days ago. I really enjoy the site so far and am hoping to get and give a lot of support. Feel free to add me! Also, i've noticed a lot of friendly competition going on and would like to be in a group myself. So....i'm getting started!

    Welcome to MFP Rach. It has been my best friend for the past 6 months! I hope you get as much out of it as I have. You are right, support is the key ingrediant. You will find that the "friendly competition" comes naturally with or without a "group" as you add friends on. My biggest piece of advice to any newcomer is to make your journal public. It will inspire you every day to meet goal or at least have a good reason for being off that day....or week...lol. Good luck. Feel free to add me.
