I eat fiber one raisin bran EVERY morning with cantaloupe. It's boring, but tastes really good and gets thing moving:wink: It's pretty high in carbs though.

Well, today breakfast is a bagel thin cinnamon raisin with PB2 and a Dannon light and fit yogurt.

    My favorite breakfast recipe is

    egg beaters
    turkey bacon or ham
    onion
    sometimes add black beans
    low carb high fiber tortilla
1 wedge of laughing cow cheese
    salsa

It's under 200 calories and oh so yummy.

I had a latte and a plain Greek Yogurt. When I return from the gym I'll have a protein shake with frozen berries and maybe some almond butter.

My favorite filling meal is OATMEAL!

1/2 cup of Nature's Best Quick Oats
    1/2 frozen banana
1 teaspoon Smucker's All Natural Peanut Butter w/ Honey
    vanilla protein powder (sometimes)

I actually cook my oatmeal for 1 minute in the mircrowave, add my frozen banana, and stick it back in the microwave for 1 minute. The banana actually "melts" into the oatmeal and naturally sweetens it! After the oatmeal cooks, I add my teaspoon of peanut butter...and YUMMY!

A poached egg and two slices of toast......less than 300 cals. Normally I have weetabix with semi-skimmed milk which is 200. Occasionally I'll make a smoothie with banana, berries and milk which comes to about 300.

I like to have a whey protien shake with strawberries or blueberries, I only use 1/2 cup ff milk, the whey protien and ice and whatever fruit I feel like. It fills me up and I know that it was healthy. Other than that I a bit stuck in the mornings too.

I eat/drink a slimfast shake (walmarts brand) for breakfast everyday! It fills me up, but I do get hungry around 9-9:30. The more I do it though, the more full I get, and the longer it takes me to get hungry again. I do snack around that time, but I always make sure it's something healthy - nothing more than 100 calories. When I drink my shake in the morning I feel so stuffed sometimes I can hardly drink it all!! And I love chocolate in the morning! =D

Whole wheat english muffin with reduced fat cream cheese and a banana. :)
  • I love breakfast!! Gets me fueled for the morning. I usually have oatmeal, yogurt and fruit. Sometimes whole grain bread with eggbeaters and tomatoes.
This morning I had fat free cottage cheese with sliced fresh strawberries, double fiber english muffin, and a wedge of laughing cow lite. Mmm...

If I'm home to cook, which is usually weekends, I make a spinach and veggie omelette with 1/4 cup of cheese. Maybe sautee one or two red potatoes.

Work breakfast- Oatmeal w/ craisins and 1/2 tsp. honey
    or
Fresh Fruit (4 strawberries, pineapple wedges, and grapes)
    or
Breakfast sandwich with protein and veggies

Or just water until lunch, if I havent done a workout to deserve the fuel.

    Good luck!

I made a banana strawberries smoothies with greek yogurt this morning. Sometimes I add extra wheat protein powders to add more protein to the drink (not this morning because I had toast on the side). It's tasty and filling.
