...now something you like to do since you changed your lifestyle?

For instance...

I used to hate mowing my grass and had to fight tooth and nail with my kids, plus pay them to do it for me.

Now I do it and they are begging me to do it again LOL!

Sorry Charlie, not only do I burn 500+ calories and sweat my *kitten* off, but...

I save $80+ a month to boot!

    Awesome!

Same thing with me an exercise in general. I used to find it boring and something that I felt I had to do, but didn't necessarily enjoy doing it. Now I crave it, and love the feeling of sweating! If I don't exercise daily I feel like I am missing something and I really don't like that feeling!
  • yes! well something along those lines i used to hate excersize
now i do it because i enjoy it :)
of course sometimes it can take its toll but hey!

So funny! I was thinking the same thing the other day as I cleaned my house! Not only was it easier but I loved that I was burning calories and could enjoy my evening meal! Lots of things are easier and I have only lost 9 lbs, so I imagine that I will continue to find more I enjoy again!

It was walking around campus. I used to hate it, at the end of the semester I didn't care :)

Before, the idea of weighing food was insane... only health obsessed, crazy people did that... but now, I find it fun to guess how much I think something will weigh and then see how close I am.

For me, its nothing too specific, its just the fact of getting off my butt and putting on my workout clothes and going down to the gym. Before, just the thought of putting on the workout clothes turned me off. I'm trying to get into that mentality that I NEED to go workout, not whether or not I 'want' to, or 'feel' like it.
