I know it isnt much but this is my first weigh in since joining and i have lost 4lbs! I'm so happy about it and can't wait to keep going. :happy:

    Thank you everyone, it feels good and it feels even better to be doing it in a controled manner as I weigh the most now than I ever have in my life and am a recovered anorexic, so certainly was glad to find this site and all the great things on it! :bigsmile:
