Okay, well, my mother gave me the choice of deciding dinner tonight. Well, I noticed with her meal choices we eat no vitamins, I want to know if anyone has ideas for a healthy meal that doesnt take much planning in advanced. :] thanks guys.

Idk how you feel about fish but ur local grocery store most likely sells talapia fillets in the frozen section by the sea food ,there like 8 in a pack, all u need is a little dill and lemon juice for seasoning and u can cook them up in a pan doesn't take long at all, with frozen peas or some veggie , its really yummy , low cal and should hold you for awhile, hope this helps :)

beans, rice, and veggies. That is a staple for me! And you can make it high or low cal, using more or less beans and rice, or adding in a teaspoon of EVOO or not.
