I meet my goal for last month

So i set a goal for june to lost 5 Ibs and i lost it !!!!!!! So this month im going to kick it up im cutting red meats and addiing circuit training, Cant wait to see what next month weight will look like , also if you have a smart phone theres a cool app called my workout routine!!!! it gives you a great work out plan!!!!!! Cause not everyone knows what to go at the gym!!!!!!! Happy Weight loss people!!!!
