I see a lot of people using these - are there any benefits over food-protein? I've no problem getting enough protein, I just wonder whether nutritionally they're any different/better?

There is no advantage to eating the protein powder. I do it cause I don't get enough protein. I do a lot of strength training so the amount of protein this site recommends is not enough. In order to get the amount of protein I need I have to do extra stuff like the powder.0

I just like how whey protien makes my smoothies taste. Plus if I have a fruit smoothie without the protein it last me about 3 seconds, then my sugar is all over the place and I am hungry.0
